The Associate Marketing Operations (AMO) will support marketing operations, digital outreach initiatives, campaign execution, and event management activities. This role ensures seamless coordination, marketing automation, dashboard reporting, and operational support for the Market Development Department.
The selected candidate will play a key role in enhancing marketing efficiency through structured project management, data-driven insights, and organized documentation systems.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
📢 Assist in planning and executing digital media campaigns, outreach initiatives, and marketing events
📊 Develop and maintain dashboards, project plans, and reporting systems
📁 Manage digital & physical marketing files, creative assets, and campaign materials
📑 Support procurement processes (EOI, RFP, RFQ) related to marketing activities
🤝 Coordinate cross-functional tasks and ensure timely completion of assigned projects
📈 Provide data-driven insights and operational support to the department

🏫 Must be from an HEC-recognized national or foreign university
🧑💼 Experience: Minimum 1–2 years relevant experience
🎂 Age Limit: Maximum 35 Years
