🎯 Key Responsibilities

📧 Create and schedule marketing emails and newsletters to engage stakeholders
🎨 Design promotional content and event banners using Canva for social media & email campaigns
📊 Maintain and organize Excel spreadsheets, including targeted contact lists of private equity firms, sovereign wealth funds, and institutional investors
🕒 Support campaign execution by managing outreach timelines and monitoring responses
⌨️ Draft communications and update marketing materials with speed and accuracy
📅 Assist in coordination of marketing logistics for events
