🎓 QUALIFICATION & ELIGIBILITY

For Project Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field
• Experience in infrastructure development projects
• Knowledge of project management and construction supervision

For Project Mobilizer:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Social Sciences or relevant field
• Experience in community mobilization and social development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

General Requirements:

• Must be serving or eligible for MIS (Management Information System)
• Understanding of SELECT (Special Election Register) procedures
• Proficiency in Urdu and English (written and spoken)
• Computer literacy including MS Office

💼 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

🔹 Project Engineer:

• Supervision of infrastructure development projects
• Technical evaluation and quality control
• Coordination with contractors and stakeholders
• Progress monitoring and reporting
• Ensuring compliance with technical specifications

🔹 Project Mobilizer:

• Community engagement and mobilization
• Stakeholder coordination and communication
• Social mobilization activities
• Data collection and documentation
• Liaison between community and project management
