🎓 Member of recognized professional accounting body (CA, CPA, ACMA, ACCA, MBA Finance).
💼 Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in:
Auditing & Risk Management
Designing of Internal Control Procedures
Compliance & Financial Reliability (Public/Private Sector)
Governance, Risks & Risk Controls (SOEs or Public Projects)
📏 Age Limit: Maximum 50 Years
⚖️ Must fulfill “Fit & Proper” criteria under SOE Act 2023.
🗣️ Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills required.🛠️ Key Responsibilities
📊 Report directly to Board’s Audit Committee.
🔍 Ensure effective internal controls, compliance, and sound risk management.
📝 Plan & conduct audits, identify gaps, support investigations, and improve processes.
🏛️ Ensure governance, transparency, accountability, and efficiency.
📋 Perform duties as per Code of Corporate Governance for Insurers 2016 & SOE Act 2023.
