📌 Position
Chief Operating Officer (COO) – On contract basis for 04 years (extendable).
📝 Job Profile
The COO will manage technical operations and infrastructure services. Responsibilities include business process optimization, sustainable growth, and service delivery improvement. The role requires a dynamic leader capable of identifying challenges, implementing solutions, and managing large-scale projects effectively.
🎓 Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) or BBA from HEC recognized institution or reputable international university.
💼 Experience
- Minimum 10 years’ experience, including at least 5 years in a senior management position.
- Government employees must have served at least 6 years in BPS-18 or above.
- Private sector candidates must have 6 years of similar SMP experience (Resident Engineer/Project Engineer, etc.).
📅 Age Limit & Tenure
Maximum age: 65 years
Tenure: 4 years (extendable on mutually agreed terms with Board approval)
