The Advisor (Finance & Real Estate Sector) will manage the full privatization lifecycle of assigned financial and real estate entities, ensuring compliance with Cabinet-approved policies, procedures, and timelines. This role involves due diligence, transaction structuring, investor engagement, supervision of advisors, and strategic analysis to optimize privatization outcomes.

The selected candidate will provide leadership in mergers & acquisitions, valuation, restructuring, and asset management, liaising with government entities, regulators, SOEs, and oversight bodies.


🎯 Key Responsibilities

📌 Manage full privatization lifecycle – asset onboarding to transaction closure
📊 Conduct financial, legal, operational & technical due diligence
🤝 Supervise and evaluate advisors, valuers, legal counsel, and consultants
📈 Lead transaction structuring, prepare term sheets, and engage investors
📄 Draft, review, and finalize transaction documents (EOIs, RFPs, bidding documents, financial models, Cabinet summaries)
🏛 Liaise with ministries, regulators, and oversight bodies to resolve bottlenecks
📊 Monitor transactions through dashboards & reporting tools
💡 Provide strategic transaction analysis and recommendations
⚡ Perform other duties as assigned by the competent authority


🧠 Required Skills & Competencies

✔ Expertise in investment banking, mergers & acquisitions, valuation & restructuring
✔ Strategic planning & analytical skills
✔ Excellent communication & stakeholder management
✔ Ability to supervise multi-disciplinary advisory teams
✔ Proficiency in financial modeling and reporting
✔ Knowledge of real estate and financial sectors
✔ International experience and exposure preferred


🎓 Eligibility Criteria

🎓 Academic Qualification / Professional Certification:

  • Masters / PhD in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, Public Policy, Real Estate

  • OR Member of ICAP / ICMAP / CIMA

🧑‍💼 Experience: Minimum 12+ years in relevant fields, senior-level roles preferred
🎂 Age Limit: Maximum 62 Years
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Gender: Male & Female Both Eligible
