🎓 QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
For Deputy Directors (PPS-8):
- Master’s degree in relevant field
- 5 years professional experience in respective domain
For Assistant Directors (PPS-7):
- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- 2-5 years post-qualification experience
For Support Staff:
- Bachelor’s degree to Primary education (varies by position)
- Relevant experience as per position requirements
