Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Project Director (PPS-10) to lead large-scale government projects aimed at strengthening Pakistan’s IT ecosystem and export growth.

The selected candidate will oversee HR, finance, marketing, regulatory affairs, branding, monitoring & evaluation, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning initiatives under PSDP/ADP Government projects.

This is a senior leadership role requiring strong project execution, country branding, policy development, and IT industry expertise.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

👥 Oversee recruitment, training & performance management of project staff
📈 Develop strategies to strengthen Pakistan’s IT ecosystem
🤝 Build partnerships with industry, educational institutions & government bodies
🏢 Support innovation hubs, incubators & accelerators development
📢 Lead marketing, branding & country promotion initiatives
🌍 Represent PSEB at national & international events
💰 Manage project budgets & ensure financial compliance
📑 Oversee procurement, logistics & administrative functions
📊 Develop Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) frameworks
📋 Prepare reports for stakeholders & Competent Authority
📰 Manage communication strategies & media relations
⚠ Identify risks & implement mitigation strategies
📜 Ensure compliance with government policies & regulations

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

🎓 Minimum Education: 16 Years of Education
📘 Degree Fields: IT, Computer Science, Management Sciences
🏫 Degree must be from HEC Recognized University

🧑‍💼 Experience:

• Minimum 10 Years post-qualification experience in senior managerial position

• Minimum 5 Years experience in PSDP / ADP / Government projects

• Experience in finance, HR, operations, capacity building & strategic management

🎂 Age Limit: Maximum 55 Years
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Gender: Male & Female Both Eligible
