🎓 QUALIFICATION & ELIGIBILITY
For Project Engineer:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field
- Experience in infrastructure development projects
- Knowledge of project management and construction supervision
For Project Mobilizer:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Social Sciences or relevant field
- Experience in community mobilization and social development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
General Requirements:
- Must be serving or eligible for MIS (Management Information System)
- Understanding of SELECT (Special Election Register) procedures
- Proficiency in Urdu and English (written and spoken)
- Computer literacy including MS Office
💼 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
🔹 Project Engineer:
- Supervision of infrastructure development projects
- Technical evaluation and quality control
- Coordination with contractors and stakeholders
- Progress monitoring and reporting
- Ensuring compliance with technical specifications
🔹 Project Mobilizer:
- Community engagement and mobilization
- Stakeholder coordination and communication
- Social mobilization activities
- Data collection and documentation
- Liaison between community and project management
