Position:

Divisional Head Contact Center (SVP/EVP)

Location: Lahore

Job Summary / Responsibilities:

  • Ensure achievement of sales targets and manage incentive models.
  • Processing of all customer requests within escalation timelines.
  • Deliver Call Center projects as per deadlines.
  • Engage with vendors for quick issue resolution.
  • Maintain an error-free transactional environment.
  • Ensure audit clearance and avoid regulatory penalties.
  • Prepare and manage annual budget.
  • Retention, hiring, and training of call center staff.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification: MBA or equivalent from HEC recognized university.
  • Experience: 12 years total (08 years relevant).
  • Age Limit: Up to 55 years (as of Sept 16, 2025).
