Position:
Divisional Head Contact Center (SVP/EVP)
Location: Lahore
Job Summary / Responsibilities:
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and manage incentive models.
- Processing of all customer requests within escalation timelines.
- Deliver Call Center projects as per deadlines.
- Engage with vendors for quick issue resolution.
- Maintain an error-free transactional environment.
- Ensure audit clearance and avoid regulatory penalties.
- Prepare and manage annual budget.
- Retention, hiring, and training of call center staff.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: MBA or equivalent from HEC recognized university.
- Experience: 12 years total (08 years relevant).
- Age Limit: Up to 55 years (as of Sept 16, 2025).
