Position:
Relationship Manager – Asset Rehabilitation and Recoveries (OG-I/AVP)
Location: Karachi
Reporting to: Wing Head Asset Rehabilitation
Eligibility:
- Minimum Graduation (Master’s preferred) from HEC recognized university.
- At least 4 years banking experience (1 year in Asset Restructuring/Recoveries).
- Knowledge of retail, SME, Agri financing & SBP Prudential Regulations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategy for remedial management of non-performing portfolio.
- Prepare proposals for settlements, restructuring/rescheduling.
- Analyze portfolio for waiver/write-off cases.
- Coordinate with legal & credit teams for account reviews.
- Maintain client call logs and prepare MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with SBP & internal bank regulations.
Employment Type:
