Description:
CBD Punjab is seeking highly qualified and experienced professionals for its legal department. The role requires expertise in drafting/vetting contracts (including PPP & JV), agreements, allotment letters, IMs, regulations, board minutes, and legal documents, along with handling corporate and commercial law matters, legal research, and opinion writing.
Vacancy: 1 (Deputy Director Legal – Contracts)
Qualification & Experience:
- LLB/LLM (Bachelor’s or Master’s in Law).
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in legal drafting, contracts, corporate/commercial laws, and related tasks.
- Valid License to Practice Law, Membership with Provincial Bar Council, and enrollment with Pakistan Bar Council required.
