Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, training, payroll, and performance evaluations
- Maintain a pool of CVs for urgent hirings
- Ensure labor law compliance
- Develop HR policies and employee engagement programs
Requirements:
- Prior HR experience in a fashion brand
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Minimum Bachelor’s or Master’s in HRM (HR certifications a plus)
- Exposure to multiple HRIS
