1️⃣ Position Overview

National Power Parks Management Company (Private) Limited (NPPMCL) is seeking an exceptional, highly qualified and experienced professional to serve as Chief Executive Officer. The CEO will lead operations, governance, and strategy for multi-billion rupee public sector power projects supplying 2400 MW to the national grid.

2️⃣ Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership & direction in line with company’s vision.
• Ensure efficient power generation operations for Balloki & Haveli Bahadur Shah plants.
• Liaise with Ministry of Energy, NEPRA, CPPA-G, and stakeholders.
• Implement government policy decisions & maintain compliance.
• Manage finances, risks, and operational efficiency.
• Foster transparency, accountability & performance culture.

3️⃣ Requirements / Eligibility

Qualification: Graduate degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or Engineering (PEC registered) OR Professional Accountant.
Experience: At least 10 years in senior management roles in reputable organizations.
Age: Maximum 58 years on closing date.
Skills: Leadership, risk management, regulatory acumen, communication, and governance expertise.
